I can’t thank you enough!

I was looking to purchasing a boat from a private seller out of town and didn’t know the first thing about how to make that and protecting myself at the same time happen.  I was lucky enough to find you.

I was immediately put as ease after talking to you about the process.  You took care of all the paperwork for the good faith offer and holding the deposit money.

The seller wasn’t available and you stepped in to make things happen.

You made arrangements, contacting the owner, getting me all the maintenance records (which I didn’t even think about) made arrangements with the marina to have it summarized, put in the water, washed, prepped and scheduled for the sea trail.  You even offered to pick me up at the airport.

After the sea trail, you made all the arrangement to meet at the bank to pay off the existing loan (again I would not have thought of that) and balance to the previous owner.  You had all the paperwork drawn up and walked us through the whole process, which the seller and I had no idea how to do.

You went above and beyond making sure the seller provided the cabin key and missing carpet and arranged for the canvas repairs at the seller’s expense.

Then you recommend and helped coordinate the transportation of the boat to Portland Oregon with a first-rate company that you referred.  All the people you recommended have all exceeded my expectations. To put the icing on the cake, you were at the marina making sure the boat was pulled out of the water and loaded on the transport. These efforts were beyond the scope which you were hired.

You made the whole process carefree.  This was the second largest purchase I have ever made, and you removed all the stress while protecting my interests the whole time.

I am eternally grateful for all your help throughout the process.  Not only bought a boat but gained a friend.

You even followed up to make sure the boat arrived and all was good.

I had contacted Glenn on a Sunday regarding a listing he had and within 3 minutes I had received a return phone call and confirmation to view the boat the same day.
